Job Title: Apprentice Gas Engineer

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Apprentice Gas Engineer to join our team at Example Recruitment Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service and repair solutions to our clients in the Wilmslow, Macclesfield, and Buxton areas.

Contract Details:
  • Location: Wilmslow, Macclesfield, and Buxton
  • Work Type: Annual Service Visits, Landlord gas safety records, and repairs
  • Work Load: 6-8 pre-booked appointments per day
  • Commitment: Minimum of 3 days per week, with optional weekends and evening call-outs available at enhanced rates
  • Contract Length: Ongoing
Rates:
  1. Annual Service Visit (Annual Gas Safety check): £23.00 per completed property (full van stock and parts supplied)
  2. Linked Repair: £41.00 plus Annual Service Visit Rate (if repair required at Annual Gas Safety Check)

Requirements:
  • 2 years of qualified experience as a heating engineer
  • ACS Qualifications, including CKR1 (Gas Cookers) and HTR1 (Gas Fires)
  • Side Van (plain or sign-written)
  • Gas Safe Registration
  • Calibrated Flue Gas Analyser
  • £2m Public Liability Insurance
  • No unspent criminal convictions
