We are seeking a highly skilled Mortgage and Protection Advisor to join our team at Your Mortgage Recruiter Ltd. As a leading UK specialist recruiter in Mortgage Advice, Support, Underwriting, Compliance, and BDM roles, we are committed to providing exceptional service to our clients and candidates.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide mortgage and protection advice from the whole of market.
  • Work with warm client leads, with no requirement to have an existing client base.
  • Post-submission of cases, complete further administration tasks, allowing for more time to speak with and meet clients.
  • Benefit from compliance support provided by our mortgage network.
  • Work in a professional environment, treated like an adult and trusted to do the job well, within a successful, friendly, and helpful management team and advisors.
Requirements
  • Mortgage advising experience is essential.
  • Hold the full CeMAP qualification (or equivalent).
  • Excellent communication skills (both English written and verbal).
  • Strong organisation and time management skills.
  • Ambitious, driven, and committed to succeeding, while being a team player.
What We Offer

A Self-Employed contract with lucrative commission splits of all banked business, with no thresholds, targets, or validations to achieve before earning commission.

Leading to a realistic 1st year annual OTE averaging £40,000 to £60,000, a 2nd year annual OTE averaging £80,000 to £100,000, and a 3rd year annual OTE averaging £120,000+.

An initial monthly salary guarantee/retainer can also be put in place.
