About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at PACE People Ltd. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and regulatory compliance of our game-changing technology within the nuclear industry.

This is a unique opportunity to be part of a pioneering project that is revolutionizing the industry. You will have the chance to work with a talented team of experts and contribute to the development and deployment of quality assurance arrangements, processes, and systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Interpret stakeholder and design code requirements and ensure appropriate and effective quality programme and design code processes and governance is applied.
  • Support the development and management of the quality assurance programme, quality manuals, implementation plans, and key performance measures to meet design code and regulatory requirements.
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including regulators and industry bodies.
  • Provide support to the certification programme and external nuclear regulatory assessments and reviews.
  • Develop processes and procedures and facilitate process mapping and problem-solving activities and workshops.
Requirements
  • Degree qualified in a relevant field.
  • Relevant demonstrated experience.
What We Offer
  • A competitive salary of between £40,000 and £52,500.
  • A performance-related bonus of up to 12.5%.
  • A benefits allowance of £2,200, enabling you to create a bespoke package.
  • A pension scheme with 12% employer and 6% employee contributions.
  • 28 days holiday plus public holidays and the ability to buy or sell up to 4 days.
