We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst to join our team in Oxford, where you will play a key role in supporting our investment decisions and portfolio management.

As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining our holdings and transaction database, ensuring timely and accurate data for investor reporting. You will also assist our Investment Management and Investor Relations teams with performance and pipeline analysis.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and maintaining our holdings and transaction database for robust data analysis, processing, and reporting.
  • Ensuring timely, accurate, and structured data for investor reporting.
  • Implementing and refining data management systems, processes, and procedures.
  • Assisting Investment Management and Investor Relations with performance and pipeline analysis.
  • Maintaining stock and cash reconciliations with custodians and third parties.
  • Managing EIS tax relief applications and maintaining investment allocation documentation.
  • Supporting Investor Relations and Sales in database usage.
  • Participating in new system and process implementations.
  • Providing training and support for internal processes and databases.
  • Maintaining database quality control and ensuring regular portal syncs.

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Data Analyst who is passionate about working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. You will have excellent database management capabilities and Power BI (or similar) skills, as well as advanced user skills in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
