Senior Business Intelligence Analyst

**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team at Paritas Recruitment. As a key member of our Commercial Intelligence team, you will play a critical role in collecting, processing, and reporting key data to support commercial and operational activities.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Lead the Commercial Intelligence team in providing key insights and management information to the Commercial and Senior Management teams
* Develop and manage a suite of self-service dashboards to drive data-driven decisions
* Direct and improve reconciliation processes for commercial data consumed by finance and other functions
* Manage and develop team members, including supporting continuous skillset development and training
* Ensure data integrity and accuracy of Commercial Intelligence data

**Requirements**

* Experience in analysing, manipulating, and visualising data
* Ability to understand unstructured data questions and provide relevant insights and recommendations
* Proficiency in data tools such as Microsoft Excel, Power BI, Power Query, and CRMs
* Experience with business intelligence tools, including Power BI, Tableau, or other similar platforms
* Familiarity with SQL/SOQL and CRM platforms, including Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, or other similar systems
