Cherry Professional is working with a leading Civil Engineering company to find a skilled Senior Civil Engineer to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Effectively manage commercial, managerial, and technical aspects of projects or project parts.
  • Prepare building specifications and manage production information for the construction stage.
  • Attend site meetings during the construction phase to ensure construction meets project requirements.
  • Provide structural surveys and reports, and carry out project management roles as required.
  • Manage subcontractors and engage with clients.
  • Read, interpret, and provide clear communication of construction drawings on site for layouts, material measurements, etc.
  • Liaise with the client's site team to communicate all project requirements.
  • Take technical responsibility for projects on site, including reading and interpreting construction drawings.
  • Develop effective relationships and deal with clients and subcontractors.
  • Work closely with team members to ensure Quality, Environmental, and Health & Safety aspects are adhered to during the project phase on site.
  • Familiarity with software such as AutoCAD, Civil3D, InfoDrainage, or their equivalents.
  • A hands-on approach with a desire to remain engaged in design, project management, and delivery.

Requirements:

  • Fully conversant in the use of software such as AutoCAD, Civil3D, InfoDrainage or their equivalents.
