Care and Support Practitioner for Mentally Disordered Patients

Your primary responsibilities will include contributing to the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care and treatment plans for individuals with mental health problems. You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery.
We offer a competitive salary package, with an estimated annual salary ranging from £25,000 to £30,000, depending on experience and qualifications. Benefits include 27 days annual leave, rising to 33 days with continuous service, an NHS Discount, pension scheme, lease car scheme, employee assistance programme, mental health first aiders, staff accommodation (subject to waiting lists), and staff networking and support groups.
