About the Role:


We are seeking a dedicated Team Leader to join our welcoming Cooplands Bakery team.


The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the bakery when the manager is not present, providing excellent customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of the store.


About You:


To succeed in this role, you will have previous team leadership experience, preferably in a retail or hospitality environment. You should be able to motivate and inspire your team to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service.


You will be available to work varied shift patterns, including mornings and afternoons, and be flexible to meet the needs of the business.
