Dental Officer

We are seeking an experienced and motivated dentist to join our Community Special Care Dental Service as a senior dental officer. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for providing clinical special care dentistry to individuals who meet the referral criteria for the Department of Community Special Care Dentistry.
About the Role
This is a full-time or part-time position based in our community dental sites across London. The successful applicant will have a 4-day post and will be required to work collaboratively with the oral health promotion team. They will also be responsible for advising educational, health, and social care staff on Community Special Care Dentistry and oral health issues.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have full registration with the General Dental Council, excellent clinical skills, and experience in treating patients with special needs. They will also have strong leadership skills and the ability to supervise and support junior staff members.
Salary and Benefits
The estimated salary for this position is £78,573 - £91,903 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, the successful applicant will receive a range of benefits including access to ongoing training and development opportunities.
