About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Engineering Manager to lead our Trust and Transparency team. The successful candidate will have a solid software engineering background, experience in cloud services, and expertise in Agile Methodology.

Responsibilities
  • Manage one team in the Trust and Transparency space
  • Own the delivery of major initiatives and balance delivery with sustainable engineering practices
  • Define and prioritize deliverables for new products/enhanced functionality, coordinating cross-functional scoping and feasibility to support business and customer needs
  • Manage and mitigate high-risk elements of initiatives, effectively communicate issues, risks, and dependencies with stakeholders, escalating where appropriate

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of Engineering Management experience on top of a solid software engineering background
  • Experience with cloud services, such as AWS, or Google Cloud
  • Solid background in API technologies and usage
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Agile Methodology
  • Experience with high volume, scalable systems
  • Experience developing and deploying Front-End (Web & Mobile) changes

What We Offer

  • A competitive salary of £80,000 - £110,000 per year, depending on experience
  • 25 days holiday per year, increasing to 28 days after 2 years of employment
