This is a busy and fast-paced position at Red Door Recruitment that offers excellent training and progression opportunities in the facilities management sector.

With a salary of up to £32,000 depending on experience, reviewed after 6 months, you will have the chance to develop your skills and expertise in document management, records storage, and contract administration.

The role involves file maintenance in both physical and digital formats, ensuring accurate storage and easy access. You will also be responsible for reviewing Operative worksheets for updated assets and updating records accordingly.

An important aspect of this position is maintaining the accuracy of records, editing where necessary to ensure they are up to date. You will also assist in preparing the monthly contract report and ad-hoc reports as required.

In addition to these tasks, you will work closely with Helpdesk Operators, Operatives, and sub-contractors working on the GTR depots contract, communicating and collaborating effectively to achieve common goals.
