Operations Coordinator

Job Summary:
Manucomm Recruitment is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Production Administrator to join our client's team in Dorset. As a key member of the Technical Team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the factory and supporting the production process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Compile and maintain accurate records of product information, including Certificate of Analysis.
- Update and maintain technical data on the ERP business management system.
- Assist in data trend analysis and quality management system updates.
- Verify and file technical data, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Support the implementation of quality management systems and ensure adherence to company policies.
Requirements:
- Fully computer literate, with expertise in Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
- Previous experience in a food or manufacturing environment is highly desirable.
