Freelance Interpreter Required for UK Public and Private Sectors

We are seeking a skilled interpreter to provide high-quality interpreting and translation services to our clients across the UK. As a freelancer, you will have the flexibility to work on a variety of projects and settings, including the NHS, Local Authorities, Police, Probation, and other public and private organizations.
Our company, Language Empire, has been providing professional interpreting and translation services for over 20 years, covering hundreds of languages and dialects. We are looking for an individual who is fluent in English and another language, with formal qualifications in interpreting or translation.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and have a strong understanding of the interpreting process. You will be responsible for interpreting for individuals using legal, health, and local government services, checking the non-English speaker's understanding, and liaising between the service user and provider.
