About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Sales Development Representative to join our team at Loadbalancer Ltd. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for generating sales opportunities and qualifying client needs.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Generating sales opportunities and qualifying client needs
  • Working as part of the sales team to achieve shared objectives
  • Connecting with prospects through email, social media, and business calls
  • Following up with contacts and nurturing inbound leads
  • Performing prospecting activities, including pre-call research and planning
  • Liaising closely with the Sales team to ensure a smooth handoff of leads
  • Ensuring the achievement of agreed targets and KPIs

About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will have a proven track record of success in sales and/or business development, preferably in a technology-based company.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £25,000.00 - £35,000.00 per year
