Early Years Practitioner

The nursery supports 50 children in settling into the nursery, ensuring they feel safe and secure while meeting their individual needs. The setting fosters a love of books and reading, supporting children's communication and language development, as well as promoting independence.
We are seeking a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner on a long-term basis, leading to a permanent role for the right candidate. The successful practitioner will have previous experience working in an early years setting, a good understanding of how young children learn and develop, and a positive approach to supporting children's growth. The role involves working mainly with the baby room but requires flexibility to meet the needs of the nursery.
The successful Early Years Practitioner will possess:
- A Level 3 Childcare qualification or equivalent
- Previous experience working with young children in an early years setting
- A caring and supportive approach to helping children learn and develop

Our staff are paid on a PAYE basis, ensuring you pay the correct level of TAX and National Insurance, with no admin charges deducted from your earnings.
