We are seeking an exceptional leader to fill the role of Head of School at our prestigious institution. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the school's strategic direction, ensuring the delivery of high-quality education to our students, and maintaining a positive and inclusive school culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leading the school's strategic direction, including developing and implementing policies and procedures.
- Developing and implementing the school's curriculum, ensuring alignment with national standards and best practices.
- Coordinating and supervising teaching staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent teaching and learning practices.
- Maintaining and promoting a positive and inclusive school culture, fostering strong relationships with students, parents, and staff.
- Assisting in the management of school resources, including budget planning, monitoring, and evaluation.
- Providing leadership and direction to staff, promoting a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- A recognised teaching qualification, preferably with a Master's degree or higher.
- A minimum of 10 years of post-qualification teaching experience, with a proven track record of leadership and management.
- Demonstrated expertise in curriculum development, teaching and learning, and staff management.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment, promoting collaboration and consensus-building.
Estimated Salary: £70,000 - £90,000 per annum, depending on experience.
