Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Apprenticeship Coordinator to join our team at Berkshire College of Agriculture. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring and supporting apprentices' off-the-job training hours.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Significant experience working with apprentices, employers, and awarding bodies.
  • Demonstrable knowledge of additional learning support for apprentices.
  • Effective management skills to ensure apprentice well-being and behaviour.

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary: £32,000 - £35,000 per annum, based on experience. Additional benefits include:
