About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Langham Manor Care Home, working nights on weekends. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional, individualized care to our residents, promoting their choice, dignity, and respect.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality care to residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans, working closely with residents, families, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Lead, guide, and support junior staff members, promoting a culture of excellence and best practice.
  • Contribute to the development of a positive and supportive team environment, fostering open communication and collaboration.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development, staying up-to-date with best practices and industry developments.

Requirements:

  • Registered General Nurse (RGN) or Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) qualification.
  • Experience working in a care home setting, caring for older adults.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents, families, and colleagues.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
  • Passion for delivering high-quality care and support, with a commitment to resident-centered care.
