Requirements:
- Registered General Nurse (RGN) or Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) with experience in caring for older people in a care home setting.
- Kind and caring attitude with a passion for delivering high-quality care.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with residents and relatives.
- Experience in mentoring and supporting less experienced staff.
- Ability to motivate and lead a team.
- Right to work in the UK.
