Experienced Registered Manager Wanted

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Manager to join our team at SCR. As a Registered Manager, you will be responsible for leading our residential care home and ensuring that we provide the highest quality care to our residents.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage our residential care home, ensuring that we meet the highest standards of care and quality.
- Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of our residents.
- Recruit, train, and manage a team of care staff to ensure that we have the right people in place to deliver excellent care.
- Ensure that our care home is compliant with all relevant regulations and legislation, including CQC requirements.
- Work closely with our residents, their families, and other stakeholders to ensure that we are providing care that meets their needs and expectations.
- QCF Level 5 Leadership and Management/Registered Managers Award/NVQ Level 4 Health and Social Care (Preferred)
- Prior experience as Registered Manager or Deputy of older people or dementia care homes
- Strong staff management skills
- Excellent knowledge of CQC regulations, health and social care legislation and regulatory requirements
- Enthusiasm, passion, and determination to achieve Outstanding and deliver the highest quality person-centered care
