We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Personal Care Assistant to support an individual with complex health needs in their own home. The successful candidate will provide clinical and personal care, support with hobbies and interests, health monitoring, and administer medications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide clinical and personal care to support the individual's complex health needs
  • Support with hobbies and interests to promote independence and well-being
  • Monitor health and respond to any changes or concerns
  • Administer medications as required
  • Work independently as part of a team to provide comprehensive support

Requirements:

  • Empathy and understanding of the individual's needs
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Reliability and flexibility to adapt to changing situations
  • Full UK driving license and ability to drive a WAV vehicle

Benefits:

  • Competitive hourly rate of £14.45
  • 12 hours per week on a rota basis
  • 5.6 weeks of paid leave
