Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Personal Care Assistant to join our team in Burnley, Lancashire. As a Personal Care Assistant, you will provide clinical and personal care to our client, supporting them with their daily needs and activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide clinical and personal care to our client, including support with hobbies and interests
  • Monitor our client's health and respond to any changes or concerns
  • Administer medications as required
  • Support our client to maintain their personal safety and independence
  • Work independently as part of a team, receiving full support and training during induction

Requirements:

  • Empathy and a calm approach
  • Ability to use your initiative and work independently
  • Reliability and flexibility in a changing situation
  • Respect for our client's space and privacy
  • Full UK driving license and ability to drive our WAV vehicle

Benefits:

  • Competitive hourly rate of £14.45
  • 12 hours per week on a rota basis
  • 5.6 weeks of paid leave
