Equipment Maintenance Technician

We are seeking an experienced Equipment Maintenance Technician to join our team at beBee Professionals in Ipswich. As a key member of our technical support team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient installation, maintenance, and repair of our clients' equipment.
Key Tasks:- Install, test, and commission equipment at customer sites, guaranteeing optimal performance.
- Identify and rectify technical problems with mechanical and electrical systems.
- Deliver comprehensive training and support to customers on equipment operation and maintenance.
- Prepare accurate service reports and documentation in a timely manner.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A degree or certification in Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Equipment Maintenance Technician or in a similar position.
- Excellent technical and troubleshooting skills with mechanical and electrical systems.
- The ability to travel regularly to customer sites.
