Examiner - International Advanced Level Arabic

As an Examiner for International Advanced Level Arabic, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and consistency of marking candidates' responses. This position requires a high level of subject knowledge and the ability to apply the mark scheme effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Mark candidates' responses accurately and consistently to maintain overall standards
- Submit samples to your Team Leader at designated times
- Ensure milestones for marking are adhered to
- Complete all administration tasks as specified
Requirements:
- Hold a degree or equivalent qualification
- Be a qualified teacher, with qualifications obtained in the UK or overseas
- Have a minimum of 5 months part-time teaching experience of the relevant qualification and subject, within the last 10 years, obtained within the UK
- Have assessment experience with a recognised UK exam board, within the last 5 years, relevant to the qualification and subject being applied for
- Be able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Have a high level of subject knowledge to apply the mark scheme effectively
