Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage our team to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high-quality standards
- Conduct tours for prospective new members, showcasing the benefits of our club and driving sales
- Oversee health and safety, ensuring a safe and secure environment for our members and staff
- Help achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of our club
We offer a competitive salary, up to £26,748.80 pro rata depending on experience, and a range of benefits including gym membership, private healthcare, and lifestyle and financial wellbeing benefits. We are committed to helping you feel good, both in and out of work.
RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need to have demonstrable sales experience, excellent communication skills, and a collaborative spirit. You will also need to be enthusiastic, have a 'can do' attitude, and share our passion for excellent customer service.
