We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Duty Manager to join our team at Nuffield Health Bromley FWC. As a key member of our club team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our fitness and wellbeing club.
Key Responsibilities- Lead our colleagues and maintain quality standards in all areas
- Conduct tours for prospective new members, showcasing the benefits of our club
- Oversee health and safety, resolving any issues promptly and efficiently
- Help achieve sales targets and drive business growth
As a Duty Manager at Nuffield Health, you will enjoy a competitive salary, up to £26,748.80 pro rata depending on experience, and a range of benefits including gym membership, private healthcare, and lifestyle and financial wellbeing benefits.
