Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing category strategies to drive profitable growth.
  • Leading the Commercial Category Strategy team to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Providing insights and recommendations to inform strategic decisions.

  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Highly analytical with exceptional problem-solving skills.
  • Passion for working with customers and understanding UK Grocery retailers.

We offer a competitive salary package, including benefits such as health insurance, pension scheme, and professional development opportunities. Estimated salary range: £80,000 - £110,000 per annum.
