Job Opportunity for a Seasoned Post Production Professional
About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Post Production Department Lead to join our team at Creative Recruitment Limited. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the post-production process, ensuring that all content is delivered on time and meets the highest creative and technical standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement efficient workflows and processes for the post-production department, ensuring seamless collaboration with various teams.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, meeting the expectations of our clients and stakeholders.
- Foster a collaborative and creative working environment, encouraging innovation and excellence in post-production.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any technical or creative issues that arise during post-production, providing expert guidance and support to the team.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technology, innovations, and software, ensuring that our post-production tools and systems are industry-standard.
- Implement and maintain industry-standard post-production tools and systems, ensuring that all post-production work meets technical standards and specifications.
- Oversee the management of the storage and archiving of all post-production assets, ensuring that they are secure, accessible, and compliant with industry regulations.
- Support the team through editing/motion graphics on projects where suitable, providing guidance and expertise to ensure the highest quality output.
Requirements
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in post-production, with at least 3 years in a leadership role, preferably in a similar industry.
- Expert knowledge of Avid Media Composer, Adobe Creative Suite, and Da Vinci Resolve, with a strong understanding of video editing, color correction, sound design, and VFX workflows.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously, with strong organizational, administrative, and time management skills.
- Creative problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail, with a strong attention to detail and established creative identity.
- Strong communication, organization, administrative, and time management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
