Job Summary:
Supermicro is seeking an experienced Sales Director EMEA to lead our sales efforts in the EMEA region. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving sales growth and developing strategic relationships with key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive growth in the EMEA region.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives and sales teams.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
- Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales strategies.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field.
• Proven track record of driving sales growth and developing strategic relationships with key stakeholders.
• Deep knowledge of the server, storage, and management solutions markets.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team of sales professionals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
