Job Title: Marella Sales Assistant (Full Time) – Harvey Nichols – Edinburgh

Key Objectives:

  • To provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a seamless shopping experience that meets and exceeds expectations.
  • To contribute to the achievement of store objectives, focusing on quantity and quality metrics, including budget, turnover, and profitability.

Responsibilities:

  1. Customer Service: To engage with customers, addressing their needs, and providing assistance during the purchase process.
  2. Store Operations: To manage the warehouse, ensuring it is organized and well-maintained, with proper storage and display of merchandise.
  3. Sales and Payment Processing: To receive payment from customers, handling cash, credit cards, vouchers, or automatic debits, while maintaining accurate records.
  4. Visual Merchandising: To create visually appealing displays, adhering to VM guidelines, and ensuring the store's image aligns with brand standards.
