At COREcruitment, we are working with a growing QSR concept that currently operates six stores in London, dedicated to selling the best gourmet grab-and-go food in retail and wholesale settings.
We are seeking a skilled CPU Production Manager to coordinate daily production, ensuring top-tier quality and taste. The ideal candidate will have a background in production kitchen management and head chef expertise, with strong knowledge of stock management, inventory control, and cost optimization. Additionally, a Food Safety Level 3 certificate is required.
Key responsibilities include:
• Coordinate daily production to ensure top-tier quality and taste.
• Guide kitchen staff with your sous chef skills, setting a high standard for excellence.
• Ensure strict quality control and adherence to food safety standards.
• Manage inventory and optimize costs to maintain profitability.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
