Learning Assistant Manager

Estimated Salary: £28,000 - £35,000 per year

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Learning Assistant Manager. This role will involve supporting our teaching staff in the preparation of educational materials and managing classroom activities.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the development of lesson plans and educational resources to meet the needs of our students.
  • Manage classroom logistics, including setting up equipment and maintaining a safe and tidy learning environment.
  • Support students individually or in small groups to reinforce key concepts and promote academic success.
Requirements:
  • A strong educational background, preferably with an Associate's degree or higher in education or a related field.
  • Previous experience as a teaching assistant or in an educational setting is highly desirable.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail are essential for this role.
