Supporting Students with Special Needs:
As a Learning Mentor Assistant at beBee Professionals in Ipswich, you will play a crucial role in helping students with special educational needs reach their full potential. You will work closely with teachers to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs), provide one-on-one or small group support during lessons, and foster a positive and inclusive learning environment. Your experience working with children with special needs, combined with your excellent communication and interpersonal skills, will enable you to build strong relationships with students and their families.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with teaching staff to identify areas of need and develop targeted support strategies.
  • Provide tailored support to students with special educational needs, including academic, social, and emotional support.
  • Assist in the implementation of IEPs and monitor student progress.
  • Contribute to the development of a supportive and inclusive school culture.
