As a member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing vehicle test ride administration, delivering exceptional customer service, and supporting sales teams with vehicle handovers and sales initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Administer vehicle test rides efficiently to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Deliver exceptional customer service through all interactions, fostering long-term relationships with customers.
- Engage with customers in the showroom, providing a personalized experience that exceeds their expectations.
- Support sales teams with vehicle handovers and sales initiatives, driving business growth and increasing revenue.
- Maintain effective communication channels to guarantee timely responses to customer inquiries.
- Collaborate on ad-hoc business requirements for Park Lane as needed, prioritizing customer satisfaction.
