Role Overview

The Customer Relationship Manager will be responsible for developing and executing CRM strategies to drive customer engagement, retention, and loyalty. The role involves utilising Klaviyo to manage email marketing campaigns, analyse customer data, and optimise communication across all touchpoints.

Main Responsibilities
  • Campaign Management: Plan, create, and manage email marketing campaigns including automated workflows and triggered communications. Test and optimise email content, subject lines, and send times to maximise engagement and conversion.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Monitor and analyse the performance of CRM campaigns, providing regular reports on key metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and ROI. Use insights from data analysis to refine and improve CRM strategies and tactics.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, ecommerce, and CEO to ensure CRM activities are aligned with broader business objectives. Coordinate with customer service to integrate customer feedback into CRM initiatives.
  • Customer Experience Enhancement: Develop strategies to enhance the overall customer experience, including post-purchase follow-ups, loyalty programs, and personalised product recommendations.
