Clinical Leadership Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Lead to join our team at Domus Recruitment. As a Clinical Lead, you will play a key role in leading the clinical direction of our services and supporting the Registered Manager in achieving our goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead on complex care issues and ensure relevant standards/protocols are understood and implemented.
• Support members of the care operational team to deliver good clinical outcomes by advising, coaching and developing teams.
• Recruit, retain, manage, develop and motivate a team of Nursing/Care staff.
• Ensure nurses are inducted, supervised and appraised in line with Outlook Care procedures.
• Ensure clinical guidance manuals are updated, relevant and reflect best practice.
• Develop our approach to supporting people with End-of-Life care and Complex Nursing needs.

Requirements:

• Registered nurse with current NMC pin Number.
• Knowledge of CQC requirements.
