We are seeking an inspirational and approachable Vice Principal to join our Senior Leadership Team (SLT) at The Worthgate School, Canterbury. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a vital role in upholding the school's vision and ethos, inspiring and empowering our students to achieve academic success and thrive in life.
Key Responsibilities- Deputise for the Principal and work closely with the SLT to drive the school's strategic direction.
- Lead and manage a team of educators to deliver high-quality education and achieve excellent academic results.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the well-being and safety of students and staff.
- Collaborate with colleagues to promote a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Contribute to the development of the school's curriculum and assessment strategies.
