We are seeking an exceptional Vice Principal to join our Senior Leadership Team at The Worthgate School, Canterbury. As a key member of our academic leadership team, you will play a vital role in upholding our school's vision and ethos, inspiring and empowering our students to achieve academic success and thrive in life.
The successful candidate will be a passionate and approachable educational leader, with a proven track record of delivering excellence in education. You will work closely with our Senior Leadership Team to drive academic innovation, improve student outcomes, and foster a positive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities- Deputise for the Principal and lead the school in their absence
- Work closely with the Senior Leadership Team to develop and implement academic strategies
- Lead and manage a team of teachers and support staff
- Contribute to the development of the school's curriculum and assessment policies
- Monitor and evaluate student progress and achievement
