Job Title: Senior Commercial Finance Manager

Wincanton is seeking a highly skilled Senior Commercial Finance Manager to join our Group Transport sector. As a key member of our finance team, you will provide commercial leadership and financial expertise to drive business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the commercial finance function for the Group Transport sector, providing financial guidance and support to senior stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement financial models and reporting to drive performance and inform business decisions.
  • Build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders to drive commercial growth and improve financial performance.
  • Manage and motivate a team of finance professionals to deliver high-quality financial services and support.
  • Partner with the business to embed a strong commercial framework and drive business improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Chartered Accountant (CIMA, ACA, ACCA) or equivalent qualification.
  • Proven track record of delivering commercial finance leadership and financial expertise in a similar role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and drive business improvement initiatives.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to travel across sites as required.
