Job Title: Quality Assurance Technician

We are seeking a skilled Quality Assurance Technician to join our team in Mundford, Norfolk. As a Quality Assurance Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining site compliance and ensuring the highest quality of products.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a QA role, preferably in a BRC-accredited factory, and a basic Food Hygiene Certificate. You should have an eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.

This is a temp-to-perm opportunity with a competitive salary and benefits package. Immediate starts are available.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct daily checks to maintain site compliance.
  • Inspect and assess products against specifications throughout production.
  • Report any quality issues to the line manager.
  • Inspect raw materials for consistency and integrity.
  • Ensure shelf-life testing is conducted, data recorded, and report any failures.
  • Filling out and reviewing production paperwork.
  • Maintain retention samples and testing records.
  • Calibrate probes as requested.
  • Conduct glass audits and good manufacturing production audits.
