About the Role

As a BMS Project Engineer, you will have proven experience working on all stages of the project from design stage, completion of budgetary and time-sensitive milestones through to handover. You will be responsible for the design, specification, costing, and project management of BMS projects, including major upgrades and refurbishment works.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, specification, and costing of BMS projects, including major upgrades and refurbishment works.
  • Manage subcontractor/supplier drawings and technical submittals for compliance, build, and commissioning in line with regulations and standards.
  • Project planning and delivery, including site surveys, audits, and data gathering activities.
  • Suitable experience working on BMS Controls projects in a multi-disciplinary project team.
  • Commercial and financial management.
  • BMS networks and remote communications.
  • Working safely with electrical systems and control panels.

Requirements:

  • A thorough working knowledge or ability to produce controls commissioning documentation, such as commissioning plans, and inspection and testing plans.
  • Industry-standard electrical qualifications and/or competencies.
