Head Chef Opportunity at Gather & Gather

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Head Chef to join our team at Sky Watermark. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading the kitchen and ensuring the highest standards of food quality and service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and oversee the Watermark workplace restaurant and events
  • Develop and plan menus that meet client and customer expectations
  • Prepare and oversee all food preparation to the highest standard
  • Ensure food is seasonal, of known provenance, and sourced locally where possible
  • Produce food in a timely fashion to ensure smooth service to customers
  • Deputise in the Executive Chef's absence where necessary
  • Assist in developing and producing new service styles and food concepts
  • Raise supplier quality issues with the Procurement Department
  • Coordinate stock ordering and stocktaking for the entire operation
