As a seasoned Sous Chef, you will be responsible for leading a high-performing kitchen team to deliver exceptional culinary experiences to our guests. Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the Executive Chef to develop and implement menu concepts, ensuring alignment with the company's culinary vision.
  • Assist in training and developing new kitchen team members, providing guidance and feedback to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Oversee food preparation, ensuring that all dishes are prepared and served according to the recipes and portioning guidelines established by the Executive Chef.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering and receiving food and supplies to maintain appropriate stock levels.
  • Collaborate with the Executive Chef in cost control and budget management, making recommendations for improvement.
