Fulbridge Social Care is seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Supportive Living Worker. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our service users, providing support and care in a unique and rewarding environment.
Key Responsibilities- Build strong professional relationships with service users and other members of staff
- Maintain a safe, clean, and enjoyable environment for service users to live and for you to work
- Keep up to date with all communication and information systems
- Attend and participate in meetings as appropriate
- Promote equality and acknowledge individual differences
- Protect service users from any form of abuse
- Write accurate reports and keep written records for monitoring purposes
- Attend work reliably and punctually, following a set shift pattern
- Ensure you keep yourself up to date with all procedures and policy changes
- Take responsible care for the health and safety of yourself and others
- Ability to form professional relationships with service users
- Ability to read and understand written work and write clear and accurate reports
- Ability to communicate clearly and easily with service users in a variety of ways
- Ability to work as directed and complete tasks reliably and to a high standard
- Ability to participate in training and development
- Ability to follow a work pattern and attend work punctually and reliably
- Awareness of effective teamwork and the general health, safety, and welfare of service users
We offer numerous shift patterns to suit your needs, including:
- 8am - 4pm
- 4pm - 11pm
- 11pm - 7am (waking nights)
