Job Title: Care Worker

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Care Worker to join our team at Brackenberry Ltd. As a Care Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to young people in a residential setting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide a high standard of physical and emotional care to young people, including supporting with education, life skills, and health needs.
  • Adopt a strengths-based approach to working with children, young people, colleagues, and outside agencies.
  • Deliver care within an environment that promotes diversity, equality, and inclusion.
  • Ensure managers are informed of significant matters arising in connection with the Home, including areas that are a requirement under the Children's Homes Regulations 2015.
Requirements:
  • Hold a Children's Workforce Development Diploma Level 3 (or equivalent).
  • Have a basic knowledge of the Children Act 1989.
  • Have a minimum of 6 months' experience of working with children, young people, or adults with a disability.
