About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Estimator to join our team at Thomas Gray, a reputable Principle Contractor operating in London and the South East. As a key member of our New Build Residential Division, you will play a pivotal part in the company's success by winning work and pricing jobs primarily consisting of apartment schemes from £5-30m.

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the Commercial Director and Head of Bidding to develop and implement pricing strategies.
  • Collaborate with the project team to ensure accurate and timely project estimates.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

We are looking for an experienced Estimator with a strong background in residential construction. Some residential experience is a pre-requisite, but education, commercial, and health sector experience will also be well received.
