Job Title: Contract Design Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Contract Design Coordinator to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis. As a key member of our engineering design team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the growth and project agendas of Brakes and Fresh Direct businesses.

Your primary responsibility will be to provide engineering design, systems expertise, and design authority to support the innovation, development, and construction of new or re-configured buildings. You will work closely with the Head of Engineering, Design & Environment, and Regional Engineering Managers to ensure the delivery of build plans, meeting key metrics including time, cost, and quality.

As a Contract Design Coordinator, you will be instrumental in the design and delivery of facilities management assets, ensuring they meet business requirements from a colleague, legal, and reliability perspective. Your collaboration and communication skills will be essential in enabling the preparation, approval, and execution of capital projects following PM processes.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced professional to join a growing, fast-paced organization. You will have a significant previous experience within FMCG/construction or an industrial environment, with a proven track record of working on projects from concept to delivery. You will be proficient in AutoCAD and have a good level of understanding of Health and Safety, Fire Strategy, and Building Regulations within construction.
