Senior Teaching Assistant - SEN Role

Tradewind Recruitment is seeking a skilled and motivated Senior Teaching Assistant to join our primary SEND school in Sutton. In this challenging yet rewarding role, you will provide high-quality support to students with Special Educational Needs, helping them to achieve their full potential.

Your key responsibilities will include working alongside teachers to develop and implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs), creating a nurturing and inclusive learning environment, and supporting daily classroom activities. You will also maintain clear communication with parents and carers, keeping them updated on progress and celebrating successes.

We are looking for someone with experience working with SEN students, but most importantly, we need someone who is passionate about making a difference in the lives of young learners. If you have strong communication and collaboration skills, and can think creatively to meet diverse learning needs, we want to hear from you.
