Contract Financial Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Administrator to join our team on a contract-to-permanent basis in Central London. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong background in finance administration to progress their career in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Key Tasks:- Invoice Processing: Process and manage payments for all incoming invoices (Accounts Payable)
- Purchase Order Issuance: Send and create purchase orders for both the Projects team and the Director's personal purchases (Purchase Orders)
- Client Valuation: Review monthly sub-contractor payment applications, draft and issue payment certificates, and manage client valuations (Sub-Contractor Payment Applications)
- Project Logistics: Order materials for project sites as requested by Site Managers (Project Site Support)
- Bi-Weekly Reports: Prepare and issue bi-weekly project finance reports (Project Finance Reporting)
- Bank Reconciliation: Conduct monthly bank reconciliations for all accounts (Bank Reconciliations)
- Credit Control Measures: Chase overdue and upcoming client accounts to ensure timely payments (Credit Control)
Requirements:
- Background: Previous experience in finance administration or a similar role
- Tech Skills: Proficient in using accounting software and MS Office Suite
