About the Team

This team is responsible for completing assessments to identify the needs of children and young people. They will also provide support to social workers to ensure they have the necessary resources to carry out their roles effectively.

About You

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in child protection, children in need, safeguarding, looked after children, or referral and assessment. Post-qualifying experience is essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Complete assessments to consider the needs of children and young people
  2. Ensure that the employer's work-life balance and provides the right resources for social workers

Salary and Benefits:

The estimated salary for this role is £48,474 per annum, dependent on experience. Benefits include mileage coverage, flexible working arrangements, free parking, generous annual leave entitlement, and ongoing training and development opportunities.
